We want to keep you informed about exhibitions that are being held throughout the year, so to help us form a better overall understanding of you as a customer, we keep a record of the shows you have visited previously, the area you live in, and a note of the artworks that you have purchased previously.

- Both our websites are run by Intelligent Retail and the website emails are hosted by Rackspace based in the United States.
- Payments are made on our website either by SagePay or Paypal, we do not hold copies of your bank details.
- Our computer systems are monitored daily for possible vulnerabilities and attacks.
How long will we keep your personal data?
Whenever we collect or process your personal data, we’ll only keep it for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. At the end of that retention period, your data will be deleted completely. In most cases data is held for a record of customer purchases.
Paper copies of personal data will be kept for six years so we can comply with our legal and contractual obligations.
Who do we share your personal data with?
We sometimes share your personal data with trusted third parties, such as our delivery couriers.
We provide only the information they need to perform their specific services.
They may only use your data for the exact purposes we specify in our contract with them.
