Estate Emulsions are water based, earth friendly and comply with the very latest EU legislation regarding the use of VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds). The paints are low in odour and can be applied to most surfaces including those with an oil based finish. Estate Emulsion is touch dry in 1 hour and ready for a second coat after 4 hours.
